Informations for new photographer

Are you a photographer in search of a suitable agency? As we are a young agency focused on leisure activities, active sports, fun, trend and extreme sports, as well as traveling, countries and nature, we currently would like to extend our range of images in the field of outdoor activities and sports. Therefore, we are mainly interested in image material of such sports or activities which we have not yet covered in our archive, or which we have very little. That is why we are temporarily putting our intake of purely travel, landscape and nature photography on hold. Please familiarise yourself with our homepage regarding existing subjects, content and about our picture language. If you think that your material might be suitable then we look forward to receive your application.
Please note our conditions & guidelines requirements:
We are only looking for professional adventurers and photographers and not hobby photographers. In order to get an idea of your work we would firstly like to receive the material digitally, images as layout data as well as 2-3 high res to check the image quality. CDs or DVDs cannot be sent back, but will be destroyed.
For a future collaboration the following requirements have to be met:

1. The images have to be delivered digitally. Dust and scratches have to be removed and they have to be keyworded by IPTC or Excel Sheet in English and if possible in German.
2. They should to be taken or scanned in colour space ECI-RGB or AdobeRGB, sRGB is also accepted. We prefer image size 3500 x 4900 pixel and bigger, minimum 2500 x 3500 pixel.
3. We need the images with 300 dpi, tiff in 8 bit, JPG in quality 11.
4. All photos should preferably be available for promotional use and accordingly model and/or property released.
5. Outdoor-Archiv cannot assume liability for loss during transport. We therefore recommend you take out postal insurance.
